Present Moment is inevitable

The way to live life is to live in the present.Albert einsten was once asked the secret of his success and his answer was that when he combed his hair,he was only combing his hair similarly when he eat ,he was only eating his food.the essence of this answer underlines the ability of being focused and living and enjoying the present. It means that he was enjoying his life to the fullest extent,he was giving 100 percent for the work or activity he was doing.there is energy, movement and enthusiasm in the present .

In the present movement only, we have the privilege to smell the fragrance of a rose, hear the chiriping of restless birds going back to their nest, touch the rosy cheeks of a little child, feel the freshness of wet green grass while enjoying a morning walk in a park, palpate the stillness of deuse forest.the present moment is the only reality, where we can actually see and experience the whole play of existence.

If we live in the now, we experience the richness of the present moment. We are rooted in reality and we extract from both the past and the impending future the ever present now. In the present, there is an ever present flow of existence. We learn to live from moment to moment. We flow along with life.

If we remain in the now, we are open to enjoying all that is given to us as gift during the day. We experience to the full, joy and sadness, laughter and pain, dismay and hope, beauty and ugliness all wrapped up as gift in the present moment.

That is why in the now we rise when we rise, we pray when we pray, we eat when we eat, we live as we live. In such an existence, the past is over, only memories remain and the future is still a way off because the future builds on present moments.

But if we contemplate our mind ,we find either it is broading upon our past or is busy in planning about future,we forget to live in present,we forget the hard fact that all of us do have a limited life span and sooner or later death is a reality.

So ladies and gentlemen why don’t we care to find joy in small pleasures, that life offer’s to us ? why are we busy in collecting wealth more than required for living a decent life ? why can’t we take the same delight in giving and sharing as we get in receiving ?

A man came out of his home to admire his new truck. To his puzzlement, his 3 year-old son was happily hammering dents into the shiny paint. The man ran to his son, knocked him away, hammered the little boy's hands into a pulp as punishment. When the father calmed down, he rushed his son to the hospital.

Although the doctor tried desperately to save the crushed bones, he finally had to amputate the fingers from both the boy's hands. When the boy woke up from the surgery and saw his bandaged stubs, he innocently said, "Daddy, I'm sorry about your truck." Then he asked, "but when are my fingers going to grow back?" The father went home and committed suicide.

Think about the story the next time you see someone spill milk at dinner table or hear a baby cry. Think first before you lose your patience and become angry with someone you love.

Trucks can be repaired. Broken bones and hurt feelings often cannot. Too often we fail to recognize the difference between the person and the performance. People make mistakes. We are allowed to make mistakes. But the actions we take while in a rage will haunt us forever. Pause and ponder. Think before you act. Be patient.

Always remember: YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE ANGRY, BUT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE CRUEL... UNDERSTAND AND LOVE. "IN YOUR ANGER, DO NOT SIN."

"Live the present moment to the fullest, So the future will be a worthy past."

All religion tell us how to live the present happily.the whole process of presence of god and offering prayers to his gives us a feeling of security.the bible tells us to love our neighbours and forgive the wrongdoers.that help us overcome the feeling of hatred, jealousy and anger and fills our heart with love. The gita too gives us the message to do your best in the present and surrender the rest to the will of god.that spares us from the pangs of “ifs” and “buts” and helps us in leading a happy and counted life.

Live now to the full, catch the early morning sunrise, enjoy the dew, eat a hearty breakfast, enjoy the work of the day, your leisure, spend enough time exercising, begin and finish the day with prayer. The now will never let you down, because you are responding to it from your own inner being, which gives pattern and harmony to the now.

In life we grow old, filled with regrets for things not done for words not said and for love not shown…life is too short buddy, do wat makes you happy, always keep smile.

In the end I would like to say that past is history, future is mystery so my dear friend’s live in present because present moment is inevitable.
